In this episode I keep it short and sweet and educate you guys on the importance of understanding energy balance in relation to working towards body composition goals. I find a lot of people who have weight loss goals In particular, just focus on calories, compare their calories needs to others, and don't have much of an understanding of the total picture of the way your energy is balanced to create certain outcomes, and reasonings behind this.
