In today’s episode, I dig into the mindset side of things, more so in relation to general wellbeing, and how we can manage our energy across our week, by being self-aware, so we can bring our best self and energy to all aspects of life, be happy from within as well as overcome certain challenges that we may be faced with. I discuss a recent breakthrough that I have had, as well as discuss some aspects of my self-awareness to keep my mindset strong whilst recovering from my injury.
