In this episode, I am joined by Bret Contreras, Also known as 'The Glute Guy'. Bret has been like an unofficial mentor to me over the years and has had a massive impact on myself and the fitness community and in particular the positive shift in the female fitness community, from his passion and knowledge for Glute training, and popularising Glute training! This is a 2 part episode, so in this first  part, Bret discusses with us his story behind his passion for glutes, and where the Glute Guy came from, which he has created into a successful career and legacy. We also chat about how from Bret's impact from popularising Glute training and being consistent with sharing his knowledge around glute training, has created a positive shift in the female fitness community.
