My amazing client Casey shares her fitness journey with us. Discussing how previous restrictive approaches led to weight regain, obsessive behaviours, bad relationship with food and overall poor quality of life. We discuss how her shift to evidence based sustainable approaches, has had her smashing goals, sustaining them, as well as loving life and potatoes along the way.
