In this episode Bret gives us all of the goss, the in's and out's of his latest genius idea which is his stronglifting competition. Bret let's us know the training process he had his glute squad doing in preparation for the comp, along with how the day went, what he learnt from it, and plans to turn stronglifting into an actual lifting federation!
