In this episode, I discuss the importance of prioritising good
habits and behaviours around setting boundaries when working from
home, and how to set yourself up with a solid routine around
working from home! So you can get out of that work zone, and into
you zone, as now your work environment is a place you used to wind
down and relax. Ultimately adapting good habits and behaviours
around your weekly routine will set you up for success when also
working towards your health and fitness goals, so I feel that it
needs to be prioritised, as most of our lifestyles have had to
